Where we ship

Blair Bella currently ships within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want a piece, send a message on Instagram and we will quote you directly.

Rates

Standard shipping is a $10 flat rate. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand. Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During a drop or a restock, processing may take longer. If your order will be delayed beyond the window above, you will hear from us by email before the window closes.

Transit

Orders ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Transit typically runs 2 to 5 business days after your order leaves us. Total time from order to door is usually 5 to 10 business days.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your label is created. A label being created is not the same as a package being scanned by the carrier; tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show movement.

Address accuracy

Confirm your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address given. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery is out of our control. Blair Bella is not responsible for packages marked delivered, lost in transit, delayed by the carrier, or stolen after delivery. Claims must be filed with USPS.

If your order arrives damaged, email blairbellaofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
